When Megan Hayward set out to design her ‘Veil’ dress, she wanted to incorporate the veils found in Eastern culture into a dress that would also suit Western taste. The result is this below-the-knee gown, which features a long cowl that can be pulled up to cover the wearer’s head like a veil.
