Direct-to-consumer brand Jaanuu recently launched its Arya collection of high-performance medical apparel, which shares new technical fabrics and fashion-forward styles. The Arya range draws inspiration from athletics, specifically the need for medical professionals to move freely and respond rapidly.
JeoFlex is a technical four-way stretch fabric that's at the center of the collection, which is lightweight and breathable yet also strong. The material also wicks moisture away from the body, boasts an antimicrobial finish and is resistant to wrinkles and fading.
Inspired by athletic apparel, some of the pieces in the Jaanuu Arya collection include reflective tape accents and three levels of pocket storage—zippered, layered and extra-deep. Currently, the intelligently engineered Arya collection is made up of five medical apparel styles for women: two tops, two pants and a zip-front jacket.
