The Yaletown location of 'The Juice Truck' in Vancouver, Canada, will now serve seasonal matcha vegan soft serve ice cream.

The Juice Truck is known for its tasty vegan fare and now residents of Metro Vancouver will be able to indulge without the guilt. The Juice Truck's vegan soft serve is made out of house-made cashew milk, coconut milk and raw vanilla. While the Yaletown location is currently the only one that serves matcha vegan soft serve, the chain hopes to introduce the ice cream to its 5th Avenue and soon-to-come Stevenson spot in the near future.
