All of these chocolate bars spotlight the brand's signature unroasted dark chocolate made with traceable, high-quality, transparently traded single-origin cacao. While the naturally fruity flavors usually disappear during the roasting process, these unroasted chocolates retain a unique fruit-forward flavor.
