Marleen Jansen Created a Seesaw Table to Make Dinner Time More Fun

Many grown ups would say that playing during meal time is not appropriate, but Netherland-based art Marleen Jansen wants to change that perception with her seesaw table. For food and playground lovers, this table combines the best of both worlds to make dinner time a totally interactive experience.

This piece is so much fun that it will make it hard for your kids (and you) to leave the dinner table. Made of hard wood, this indoor attraction consists of a real teeter-totter attached under a camping bench by metal tubes. The rocking piece become the seat of the table, which makes it necessary for two people to eat at the same time; otherwise it would be impossible to seat and eat.

The design by Marleen Jansen is not only entertaining, but it could be also the perfect aid for moms and picky tots.
