He declined the likes of Lady Gaga, when she asked him to design an outfit for her. And while most emerging designers would jump at the chance to get their name out there, knitwear designer Mark Fast says its "not about the trend." How ironic! Mark Fast is designing beautiful body-hugging knitwear that is meant to last. The Canadian born (Winnipeg)and London-based Fast attended Seneca College in Toronto, and later moved to London to complete his studies at the London College of Fashion. The knits were showcased on 0-12 sized models (on the same runway) and made every woman look divine. Mark Fast has a way with knit, that induces thoughts of sexy temptress, rather than your grandmas sweater.
