When two New York designers collaborate, the Marc Jacobs by Zana Bayne is born. The former Creative Director of Louis Vuitton teamed with up New York leather maven to create a line of BDSM-inspired gear for Valentine's Day. Lined up with the release of 50 Shades of Grey, the capsule collection features pierced leather pasties, collar with leash, whip and blindfold.
The collection is modeled by Ali Michael and photographed by Todd Pendu. The red and black leather is complete with brass detailing for a seductive feel. Bayne says, "It’s funny, because some of my aesthetic is based on elements of S&M and leather culture, but this is the first time that I’ve made the actual items that I’m inspired by."
The entire Marc Jacobs by Zana Bayne collection will be sold exclusively through Marc Jacobs stores.
