Rolled Newspaper Chairs

The Tube Chairs by Manfred Kielnhofer are Industrial-Looking

Although Manfred Kielnhofer's tube chairs look rather heavy-duty in all of their industrial glory, they are actually made out of recycled newspapers. Looking closer, I can see that there is definitely a grainy, pulp-like finish, yet it is impressive how unique the material looks.

Going for a futuristic and functional look, Manfred Kielnhofer's tube chairs are incredibly durable despite being made out of paper. Although perfect for artsy studio spaces, I'm not sure how comfortable they would be.
