Maison Mogador Packaging Has a Hint of Homespun Charm

Bigger brands are now benefiting from visual identities that look more homemade, and hence indicative of extra care in preparation, profiting from the reputations of more modest operations. Maison Mogador packaging was actually designed to contain the flavorful organic Moroccan foods of a family-owned business and it upholds the image in an honest and enticing way.

For the branding scheme to be successful, Elvina Evania strove for simplicity. Light Marrakech patterns were printed on brown kraft paper in soft yellows, oranges, reds and greens. No other ornamentation is found on the charming labels except for the minimalist stamped logo of the brand's name. A friendly typeface was chosen for Maison Mogador packaging to plainly describe the contents of the jars, the containers and the pouches, printed with the subtly untidy lines of handwritten letters.
