The GoMacro MacroBar Wrapper Recycling Program is Free to Use

It's commonplace to simply ditch a snack wrapper into the garbage after use, but the GoMacro MacroBar wrapper recycling program is focused on changing this experience.

Created in partnership with TerraCycle, the program enables consumers to collect their bar wrappers and mail them back to the company at no additional cost. The initiative comes as part of the brand's continued effort to reduce its waste and is part of a larger shift in the marketplace towards more sustainability within the CPG category.

Co-Founder and CEO Jola Sonkin spoke on the GoMacro MacroBar wrapper recycling program saying, "As a company, we have already taken many steps to reduce waste at our own facility by recycling production materials, repurposing food scraps and packaging, and utilizing recyclable, post-consumer cartons and boxes. We’re excited to extend that same initiative outside our doors and ensure all of our packaging can find new purpose through recycling or composting."
