The Smashmallow Low-Sugar Gummies Come in Two Flavor Options

Demand for candy with a lower sugar content is on the rise, so brands are taking notice and developing new options like the Smashmallow low-sugar gummies. The products from the brand are formulated with just three grams of cane sugar per serving and further sweetened with the use of monk fruit and allulose. The candies come in two options including the sour Pucker Up' variety and the Fresh Picked option, which consist of strawberry, orange, cherry and peach flavors and watermelon, lemon, green apple and raspberry flavors, respectively.

Founder Jon Sebastiani spoke on the new Smashmallow low-sugar gummies saying, "Smashmallow has always been committed to creating permissibly indulgent snacks using the best real and natural ingredients possible, allowing consumers a chance to satisfy that sweet craving in a mindful yet delicious way. We are thrilled to bring a new option to our consumers that is in line with our core values of creating products that are formulated with integrity, are modern and on-trend, but that also play on nostalgia and fun. It was important for us to find the right balance of taste without compromising the experience and expectations of the Smash brand, which is why we’ve chosen to sweeten naturally with organic cane sugar instead of using stevia."
