Applebee's Pub Diet menu is made up of a number of better-for-you dishes that offer a healthy alternative to traditional restaurant fare. The three new additions to the menu include the Shrimp Wonton Stir-Fry, the Hot Shot Whiskey Chicken and the Grilled Onion Sirloin with Stout Gravy. Each of these dishes consist of traditional pub fare that has been prepared in a healthier way. As a result, each dish comes in at 650 calories or less.
