The floor plans for these two extravagant and intimate limestone villas are expected to occupy "a private luxury residential estate" in the village of Sant Agusti des Vedrà, which is located on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza. British designer John Pawson, who envisioned these two residential developments, has named them Can Almendro and Can Adelfa.
Both of the limestone villas will be sizable. Views of the surrounding landscape will be maximized via floor-to-ceiling windows. Each house will contain seven bedrooms, a swimming pool that spans 25 meters, as well as additional guest houses. Can Almendro and Can Adelfa will also have unparallel entertainment options with a wine cellar and a cinema room. The latter one also features "a barbeque-cum-grilling area."
