If creations like Light Reading continue to crop up around the world, there will always be a need for print media. To me, a lover of the written word, it actually soothes my distress over tech-conquering giants inventing alternatives to books, magazines and newspapers.
Granted, some may look at the Light Reading chandelier with trepidation, viewing it as a defacement of rather than a tribute to literature. I, however, believe that designer Lula Dot intended the latter. How could something as beautiful as the Light Reading chandelier not be a tribute?
