Unlike some phones that completely eliminate many of the conveniences smartphone users use and appreciate day-to-day, the Light Flip runs on LightOS, which features 5G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, plus navigation, a music player, predictive T9, voice-to-text, and audio messaging. Light Flip also offers an alarm, calculator, calendar, and a 2FA authenticator, and what's more, Light recently launched a developer program for community-built and open-source tools.
The 5G/4GLTE phone, which begins shipping in April and May 2027, comes in colors that are as straightforward as the experience it provides: Black, Navy, Red, Pink, Yellow, and Light Gray.
