At CES 2026, LG Electronics will showcase its new home robot, LG CLOiD, as well as several real-life "Zero Labor Home" scenarios.
LG CLOiD is made to perform a wide range of indoor household tasks, ultimately allowing people to invest their time and energy elsewhere. As LG Electronics detailed in a press release, "The robot marks a significant milestone toward the company's long-term goal of freeing customers from the time-consuming demands of housework."
LG CLOiD features two motor-powered articulated arms, each with seven degrees of freedom for natural movements and five dexterous, individually actuated fingers on each hand. In its head, LG CLOiD has a display, speaker and camera to support expressive communication, natural voice interaction and smart navigation.
