Kitchen Blockers has entered into a partnership with DUPR — also known as the Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating — and this move establishes the product as the official lensless protective eyewear for the organization’s global rating system and affiliated events.
The collaboration between Kitchen Blockers and DUPR is framed around a mutual objective to enhance both the competitive structure and the physical safety within the sport of pickleball. The lensless protective eyewear's design directly addresses common player complaints about traditional sports goggles — such as lens fogging and visual distortion — thereby proposing a solution that mitigates safety concerns without introducing new performance hindrances. The product promises to alleviate the risk of eye injury from high-velocity plastic balls and swinging paddles during close-quarters play.
