Lanky PC Towers

Lenovo IdeaCentre Q180 Slims Down to a Space-Friendly Size

There are plenty of slimmed-down laptops, but it’s a completely different story with desktop towers—that is until the Lenovo IdeaCentre Q180.

The Lenovo IdeaCentre Q180 is claiming to be the world’s smallest desktop PC. At 155 x 192 x 22 mm, the piece almost looks like a slightly larger version of an external hard drive. But size aside, this packs 2.13 GHz dual-core Intel Atom D2500 CPU, 500 GB HDD storage, Bluetooth capability, 1080p video support, an 8-in-1 card reader and more. Around one side are the standard USB and modem plug-ins. The Q180 will also come with a mouse and keyboard hybrid that’s kind of like a mini controller.

The technical specs are fairly standard, but the Q180’s slim size will be the factor in achieving popularity.
