Juxtaposing Summer Menswear

JACQUEMUS' La Gadjo Collection Integrates Wool for the Summer

Simon Porte Jacquemus recently announced that he will be adding a menswear line to his fashion label JACQUEMUS and his latest Le Gadjo collection does just that. The new menswear collection has been designed for the Spring/Summer 2019 season and the French designer worked alongside The Woolwork Company to craft the summer pieces. The choice of wool materials for the summer season is juxtaposing and unconventional. Jacquemus explains that wool is often understood to be a fabric for winter, but he aims to highlight the use of it in the summertime.

The new Le Gadjo collection is comprised of 27 pieces in total constructed in 100% merino wool. It features menswear staples such as sweaters, t-shirts, shirts, pants, shorts and jackets.
