Le Bistrot du Lion is an ultra-modern food truck, developed by Peugeot Design, is comprised of unfolding parts that create a mobile restaurant capable of catering to 30 patrons.

Indeed, to call this vehicle a food truck feels like a disservice, because its intricate design and surprising capacity makes it a fully stocked restaurant on wheels. The vehicle is designed to be easily maneuverable in tight urban environments; however, once on site, it opens up to double its length, creating a space that is both functional and versatile.
