‘No Country for Old Men' by Lanzavecchia + Wai is Rad

This collection by Lanzavecchia + Wai, entitled ‘No Country for Old Men,’ is a savvy series of domestic objects designed for the elderly.

The piece was made by a collaboration of two designers, Francesca Lanzavecchia and Hunn Wai, from Italy and Singapore. Their collective work comprises of the ‘Together Canes,’ ‘Assunta Chair’ and ‘Monolight Table Lamp.’

The mobile canes come in three versions, with features such as a table platform and a basket that can hold small items. The canes are designed to offer ultimate flexibility that makes each trip a piece of cake. The Monolight Table lamp will provide ultra-bright lighting when visibility starts to dwindle. The dodecagonal base provides flexibility as users can change the position of the lamp according to their preferences.
