The Landlord Fall/Winter 2018 Collection Revolves Around Punk Culture

The Landlord Fall/Winter 2018 collection by Brooklyn-based designer Ryohei Kawanishi made its debut at New York Mens Fashion Week. Kawanishi draws a strong influence from London's Punk music culture and its strong imprint on nonconforming fashion. He adds his own flair to the idea of rebellion and anti-establishment music with the British flag, animal prints, Prince emblems, and checker prints.

The entire Landlord Fall/Winter 2018 collection exudes a punk rock style, featuring pieces such as military bomber jackets and strap detailed cargo pants. Overall, the capsule includes a total of five different collaborations. Landlord worked with Novesta for a pair of rubber Chelsea boots. The label collaborated with Alpha Industries for military outerwear, studded leather jackets with Blackmeans. Works with Kosuke Tsumura produced cargo jackets, and with Dr. Martens and Nike for customized boots.
