Never Never Landers Lime Gin is the latest expression from the Australia-based distillery that embraces a complex, citrus-forward profile to work well in a variety of recipes.
The spirit starts off with the brand's signature botanical blend that features juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, licorice root and lemon peel. The gin then puts the focus on all things lime with finger lime, Tahitian lime, desert lime and Makrut lime leaf to impart the signature zest of the citrus into every sip. The spirit is also distilled with coconut cream alongside Queensland ginger to further impart bold flavor with a well-rounded profile.
Co-Founder Sean Baxter commented on the Never Never Landers Lime Gin saying, "We leaned into building a gin that pairs perfectly with a great lemon, lime and bitters or a zesty G&T. Lime is already a hero flavour across the venue, so we used that insight to shape the spirit from the ground up. The use of lime adds a fragrant citrus heart to the gin that really jumps out of the glass and adds bags of complexity to any classic cocktail you throw at it."
