Minimalist Dual-Purpose Bathtubs

Desnahemisfera Combines a Bathtub and a Sink for Kerrock by Kolpa

Slovenian design studio Desnahemisfera has combined a bathtub with a washbasin for bathroom furniture company Kolpa.

The joint bathroom furniture is merged into creating a comfortable yet modern design that takes inspiration from the form and curves of the human body. The joint fixture is extremely clean and geometric as plumbing components have been hidden away to enhance the clean and sleek structure. By keeping the normally exterior components of a bathtub and sink hidden, the cleaning unit allows the user to focus on the design and visual aesthetics of the modern bathtub.

The product is also designed with technological components including allowing the user to control water pressure and the temperature of water by simply pressing a button. The design also incorporates the luxury of installing built-in speakers that can be played via a mobile phone or other electronic devices.
