At first the Kitchen Tweezers does not look like a set of tweezers at all. Women are accustomed to their tweezers having a subtle V shape. In this case, however, the Kitchen Tweezers looks more like a cake knife or spatula. In reality, the triangular handle is meant to be pushed down, which then opens the end for a pincering action.
Conceived by CARRASCOBARCELÓ design studio, a firm founded by Miguel Carrasco Barceló and David Carrasco Barceló and based in Barcelona, Spain, the Kitchen Tweezers modernizes the classic cooking tongs. With more of a spring action, the Kitchen Tweezers are easier to use, stronger and more efficient. Not to mention that the minimalist design makes a great addition into contemporary homes.
