Swedish artist Olle Hemmendorff has created a unique flooring solution in his home. He didn’t want wooden floors, but also didn’t want to remove them either as this would make his flat lose value. Rather than remove the wood floors, he simply covered them to make them his canvas.
Hemmendorff simply covered his kitchen floor with vinyl contact paper and then drew on it. His completed design features wood, flowers and a rogue frying pan. If you look closely, you'll also see the added cat.
