Illuminating Lightcycle Watches

The Kisai Seven Uses TRON-Inspired LEDs to Tell Time

The Kisai Seven is a former TRON-inspired concept watch submitted to the Tokyoflash Design Blog that has just recently become reality. This watch has a futuristic design and minimalist face that eschews the hands and numbers of normal watches for a series of circles and right angles.

The two circles are used to tell the hours and minutes with the small, center circle indicating the hour and the larger circle indicating the minutes. The sections of circle that are not highlighted indicate the time. The angled lines are used to tell the minutes from one to five and are also read like the circles, with the unlit section indicating the time. The watch has a unique polyurethane that can be cut in order to fit your wrist.
