The finger licking-good crisps reproduce the flavor of the salt ginger chicken sold in the fast food restaurants located in Japan. Calbee managed to produce the tantalizing taste of the juicy meat by using salt, black pepper sesame, ginger and special KFC seasonings that were tricky to replicate on a bite-sized snack food.
The KFC Chicken flavored chips come in a package that has the grinning face of the colonel on a white and red plastic bag. The crisps will only be available for a limited amount of time and come with a coupon to buy a real bucket of chicken at the restaurant.
