These Enlightened keto-friendly ice creams are being launched by the US-based Beyond Better Foods in the Canadian market in an effort to expand offerings to consumers and accommodate the continued interest in alternative ice creams.
The zero-sugar ice creams are being launched in a range of exclusive flavors for the Canadian market including Mint Chocolate, Coffee Chip, Caramel Fudge, Vanilla Bean, Glazed Donut and Chocolate. Each of the ice creams are made with natural sweeteners including monk fruit, erythritol and xylitol, and will thus not spike the blood sugar of the consumer, according to the brand.
The new Enlightened keto-friendly ice creams will be available now through March 2021 at retailers in the Canadian market including Metro, 7-Eleven and Whole Foods.
