Kellogg's Lites Packaging Targets New Consumers

Like many of its competing brands, this one has dressed its granola bar and cereal boxes with large logos accompanied by a photo of the food prepared, but Kellogg's Lites packaging takes a step in a different direction with a new graphic design aesthetic. Nowhere on these bags can one find a picture of the product, and rather a bold, colorful and geometric pattern has been featured, perhaps to suggest the shape of the chips within.

The Sea Salt flavor has been given a cool blue scheme, while the Thai Chilli is a hot red and pink. This shift to a more abstract sachet is the work of Shierly Dewi, who has given Kellogg's Lites packaging a contemporary makeover fit to feed the trendy consumer.
