The Culinary World Helps Japan with 'KeepRecipes for Recovery'

With the incredible number of shirts and artworks available to support Japan, it's only natural that the culinary industry gets involved, too. A site called 'KeepRecipes for Recovery' bands chefs together for a great cause. Some of the culinary heavy-weights that have joined include Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Anita Lo.

The concept behind 'KeepRecipes for Recovery' is for famous chefs to create original Japanese-inspired dishes. There will be 21 recipes in total, which will be combined into one digital cookbook. Users will be able to download the cookbook with donations of $10 or more, and according to Mashable.com, "KeepRecipes will donate 86 cents for every dollar of revenue to the American Red Cross."

It's an incredibly creative idea and I strongly encourage anyone to check it out if they're looking for another way to donate money to help out Japan.
