Jan Manski's Showcase is Oddly Creepy Yet Eye-Opening

Artist Jan Manski has created a series that he has deemed a trilogy cycle called the Possesia, The Playcon and Onania.

Manski, a Polish artist based out of London, has challenged himself to use sculpture, photography, installations and performances through his work. Jan Manski also intends on creating what he says is "a modern mythology where widespread fascinations and fears take on new forms."

For the Possesia, The Playcon and Onania series, Jan Manski created 'The Onanizer,' a self-satisfaction machine which provides the user extreme pleasure. Manski filmed the Onanizer in use, and presents a mock commercial to the exhibit attendees.

Jan Manski's work reflects upon the sexual desires as well as the susceptibility of the modern world towards marketing.
