Bike-Powered iPods

Cannondale iPedal?

The folks at Cannondale have been discussing a possible tech-upgrade on their bikes by offering an iPod option. Set in front of the rider like a vehicle dashboard, the iPod would display your speed, distance covered, calories burned, etc. It would be powered by the bike itself, as the rider pedals along. It may even offer a rearview video-camera for keeping a quick eye on the much faster, much larger, vehicles behind you. Nothing mentioned about speakers, for you know, listening to the music, but it stands to reason.
