Butterfly Jungle Gyms

'Vlinderboom Schoolyard' by One Architecture & Debra Solomon

I never thought I could play on a butterfly until I saw One Architecture & Debra Solomon's 'Vlinderboom Schoolyard'. My childhood playground looked nothing like this.

'Vlinderboom Schoolyard' almost looks too artsy and futuristic to be fun. But then I remember back to my childhood long ago and realize that children can have fun with--and on--almost anything. Ioana Suliciu's playground is aesthetically pleasing too, so it's a double win. That is twice as better as a single win.
