BIG's Interactive Website Lets You Play the Arkanoid Game

Bjarke Ingels architecture firm, better known as BIG, has launched an interactive website that allows visitors to play the classic 1980s arcade video game Arkanoid. Created as part of a collaboration with the Ruby Studio, the website allows users to play with a horizontal platform that they can use to bounce a virtual ball around to destroy a number of logos, each of which represents a BIG project, without allowing the ball to hit the ground.

The project icons and logos are set up in such a way that each level becomes significantly more difficult than the previous level, something that is intended to act as something of a metaphor for architecture itself. Ultimately however, this interactive website is a great way to entertain visitors to the website as well as put a light-hearted spin to the world of big-money architecture.
