Just when you thought infused drinks stopped at fruit, veggies and sodas brand the FATwater recently created a performance beverage that provides energy through high-quality fat. The fat is used as fuel to help stimulate the body and improve overall performance.
The thought that fat is infused into foods to help improve performance might sound counterintuitive to most. However FATwater just does that by including healthy fatty liquids into the drink. The fat content in the drink isn't stored in the body according to FATwater founder David Asprey, but instead uses natural oils to stimulate fat burning. The drinks come in a variety of flavors such as berry, lemon and orange and are also infused with coconut.
