INFOBAR C01 Gives Japan a Vibrant Android Mobile

Japan's telecommunication company KDDI AU has launched a brand new smartphone with a vibrant twist called the INFOBAR C01.

The first thing to take note of is the INFOBAR C01's shape. Most Android phones on the market are fairly wide in size, but this model in particular has a more slender form. Another peculiar feature is the physical touchpad which is non-existent in mobiles running on this software. But that doesn't mean that the INFOBAR C01 doesn't have touchscreen capabilities, because it does, making it comparable to a BlackBerry Torch. The smartphone packs an 8-megapixel camera, Bluetooth 3.0+EDR, Wi-Fi, digital TV tuner and operates on the Android software.

The INFOBAR C01 will only be available in Japan and is available in three different colors.
