The ‘Infection’ Photos Capture Diseases on the Water

Within Michalina Woźniak’s ‘Infection’ photos she takes photographs of sickly girls on the water. The girls lie out on a bed frame, with no mattress, and carry out their disease over the reflective water.

The first few frames show a girl with long black hair and an extremely pale face. The photos show her lying within the shallow water on the white bed frame, until suddenly, she stands up and disappears. Within the last few pictures, a girl with red hair takes her place, where she looks completely dead within the last shot.

With tattoos and piercings, both girls have an edgy vibe to them. The calm waters give the photos a peaceful, still nature to them, where the girls can fade away in the calm environments.
