Thousands of exhibitionists from different points in New York created a pants-free flash mob at New York’s Union Square for the ninth annual No Pants Subway Ride on January tenth. For an event with such meek beginnings, Improv Everywhere’s efforts to create public chaos for the sake of fun and joy have grown to include 42 cities in 15 countries.
