Digital ID Apps

The Deltic Group and Yoti are Streamling the Entry Process to Bars and Clubs

The Deltic Group is a bar and club operator that is now integrating digital ID app from Yoti to streamline the way consumers access its venues, reducing queue times, while also preventing admittance to underage youth and adults.

With the free-to-download Yoti app, users are able to take a selfie and scan an official piece of photo identification to verify their identity. As of the new year, the Yoti app may be presented as a form of ID, with door staff being able to scan an QR code to verify the age of a patron at all 57 of The Deltic Group's entertainment venues. To protect the privacy of users, all stored personal data is encrypted.

Facial recognition technology from Yoti is now also being implemented at self-checkout stations in stores that sell age-restricted items.
