Naturalistic Concrete Castles

The Andrea Kleboth House in Mattsee is an Isolated Abode

The House in Mattsee is an extremely private two-storey house with a structure made entirely of pre-constructed concrete and wood. Located in a remote village in northwest Austria, the house was designed by architecture firm Kleboth Lindinger Partners to have a relationship with a nearby nature reserve and function as an isolated haven for its inhabitants.

The balance between the concrete and basket-woven motif is such that the house is a perfect mix between modern and personal flavor. The interior and the garden are almost one in the same with the large glass doors from the inside extending directly onto the large surrounding open fields.

The private nature of the house in both location and design makes it the perfect nature getaway spot with that necessary hint of luxury!
