W Hotels and Tara Stiles Team Up to Serve 'FIT Bites' of Healthy Hotel Food

The unfamiliar settings brought on by travel can be extremely disruptive to someone with a fairly healthy diet, especially when hotel food choices and other nearby options are slim. Knowing this, W Hotels Hong Kong partnered with international yoga instructor Tara Stiles for the creation of 'FIT Bites.'

With items on the FIT Bites menu like Thai papaya salad, vegetarian sushi rolls and Tara's own Never Get Sick Soup, the dishes are the perfect extension of the W Hotels' FIT with Tara Stiles program that lets guests tap into yoga routines through their in-suite TVs.

The healthy in-room dining menu follows the same themes as the FIT workout videos, using only natural ingredients to revitalize weary travelers and keep them looking and feeling their best with flavorful healthy food.
