Divine Honey Packaging

Apipharm Presents Its Honey as the 'Tears of the Gods'

Apipharm's Tears of the Gods is a premium honey line that highlights different regions of Greece. Each of the words from Tears of the Gods is split up on the boxes, so that they are meant to be grouped together and presented in a line.

The unusual honey varieties like Wild Thyme, Pine Tree, Chestnut Tree and Wildflower Honey hail from Crete, Halkidki, Mount Pelion and Western Macedonia and pay tribute to folklore that likens honey to being as sweet as the tears from deities. Playing off of this, rather than using hexagonal elements the packaging makes use of colorful teardrop motifs in order to help differentiate one type of premium honey packaging from another. On the side of the honey boxes, there's even a tear-shaped cutout that provides a peek at the heavenly liquid inside.
