Fall may be here, but Torchy’s Tacos is still leaning into tropical flavors with its Holy Diver Taco.
The Holy Diver Taco is Torhcy's Tacos' Taco of the Month for September 2022. This fresh dish consists of grilled Achiote shrimp served on a bed of cabbage slaw, topped with chopped mango, tangy pickled onions, spicy jalapeños, cotija, and fresh cilantro. The whole things is wrapped in a flour tortilla and served with jalapeño tartar sauce on the side.
To pair with its Holy Driver Taco, Torchy's Tacos has dubbed its Pain Chiller cocktail as the brand’s Drink of the Month for September 2022. This drink is equally tropical, combining pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut, a floater of Captain Morgan, and a dash of nutmeg.
