Gangsta Sci-Fi Villains

Holla If Ya Hear Me Collection Gives Iconic Baddies the East L.A. Look

The villains of Star Wars look pretty badass already, but Tiago Lopes da Conceição's 'Holla If Ya Hear Me' Collection definitely ups their street cred.

Conceição is a talented artist from Lisboa, Portugal who has re-imagined Star Wars baddies as East L.A. gangsters in the Holla If Ya Hear Me Collection. The iconic villains are wearing the colors of the Bloods gang, which probably means that the opposing blue-colored Crips are the Jedis. Conceição has also tatted up the characters with East L.A. style fonts and crosses that makes them look like they're from straight outta Compton.

After seeing these illustrations, I'm guessing that at some point a Stormtrooper, General Grievous and Jango Fett, dressed like this in a lowrider, attempted a drive-by shootout at the Jedis.
