This year, Bergdorf Goodman put on a little more of a show than usual to unveil its 'Holiday on Ice' Christmas windows. The unveiling of the holiday display became a spectacle and even though thousands of shoppers will set their eyes on its display while walking on Fifth Avenue this holiday season, it got quite a boost at its opening, where tons of people gathered to watch.
For the stunt, Bergdorf Goodman invited acrobats from the STREB Extreme Action Company to scale down the walls of its buildings. The acrobats wore red suits that were covered in lights, so there was really no missing this spectacle on the streets.
As well as its windows being something to look forward to, now the pressure is on for Bergdorf Goodman to plan an even more astounding unveiling for next year.
