The Hero Bread Crafted Collection has been expanded by the brand with the Hero Pizza Crust as a way to help consumers create their very own takeout-inspired meals from the comfort of home. The personal-sized pizza crust is optimized for custom pizzas, but also keeps nutrition in focus with 20-grams of protein, 22-grams of fiber and four-grams of net carbs. The pizza crust can be baked at a 420-degrees Fahrenheit to have it ready in eight to 10-minutes and is ready to be topped with any fresh ingredients.
CEO YuChiang Cheng spoke on the Hero Pizza Crust within the Hero Bread Crafted Collection saying, "Pizza night at home is one of those rituals consumers never actually wanted to give up, they just couldn’t find a version that worked for how they’re eating today. Our fans have been asking for a pizza crust for years, and our bakers spent a long time getting it right, because it had to deliver amazing texture and taste. Hero Pizza Crust bakes in under 10 minutes, and doesn’t ask anyone to compromise. In fact, instead of compromising, this product opens up a whole bunch of creative cooking opportunities and we can’t wait to see people post photos of using this product like naan or flatbread."
