Fresh Created a Healthy TV Dinner for National TV Dinner Day

In partnership with DoorDash for National TV Dinner Day, Fresh Restaurants put together a healthy TV dinner that puts a modern, plant-based spin on the classic frozen meal. Traditionally, frozen TV dinners are full of unhealthy preservative ingredients, as well as excess sugar, salt and calories but Fresh created a non-frozen, vegan meal set to elevate the dining experience.

The Fresh TV dinner for one features a large Beach Bowl on rice or soba noodles, plus a flavorful bottle of kombucha, quinoa onion rings and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The bowl itself is packed with freshness-focused plant-powered ingredients like avocado, sweet potato, sun-dried tomatoes, greens and microgreens, vegan feta and grilled red pepper, all of which is accompanied by a sauce with herbs, olive oil and tamari.
