Geek-Friendly Watches

The HDDWatch Includes a Micro Hard-Disk Drive

The HDDWatch is a unique watch, designed by French watch designer and enthusiast Jean Jerome, that is inspired by the humble Hard-Disk Drive. The watch is not a smart watch, but is a watch with a fun tech-inspired design that is quite unique and unheard of in other watches. This watch quite literally is borne out of a humble micro Hard Disk Drive.

Interestingly, the name of the watch is embossed on the back of the watch rather than the front. This was done to ensure that the design looks as close to a Micro Hard Disk Drive as possible.

The HDDWatch is currently the subject of a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. European customers can offer a pledge of 100 euros to get set up with an HDDWatch designed for the left wrist. Non-European customers will have to shell out a further 20 euros for shipping.
