Hometown Celebration Sneakers

Hanon and Diadora Joined Forces to Celebrate Hanon's Roots

Scotland-based sneaker label Hanon worked with Diadora in creating a collaborative sneaker to celebrate the Italian label's 70th anniversary. To celebrate, the two labels looked towards Hanon's hometown of Aberdeen for inspiration. The court shoe also takes on the same name as the town for an additional nod. The sneaker's colorway draws an influence from the granite that surrounds Aberdeen, which is also often used to construct the town's architectural buildings.

The upper of the sneaker is predominantly gray with accenting details of red and white, and then finished with a black-colored outsole on the bottom. The shoes are constructed from premium materials including nubuck, suede and kangaroo leather. There are also branding details of silver Hanon and Aberdeen embossed accents, along with details of both brands on the tongue.

The sneakers are highly limited, with only 200 crafted in total, which are exclusively available through Hanon. Additionally, the sneakers come with four lace sets, a special hangtag and a custom box with a dustbag.
